It started out as an amateurishly designed Digimon fansite, hosted on a server owned by a friend known as Kradorex. There wasn't much of interest on the site at the time, other than one chapter of an unfinished fanfic. Forums were eventually opened up, but there is no recollection of their content.
Around April 2003, Samui decided to host the site himself. He was unable to keep it online 24/7, however. The site's design improved over time, and became more dedicated to gaming and anime. Towards the end of May, Samui upgraded his computer with better hardware, and continued to use it for a little over three years, with a few minor upgrades to the memory and hard drive space. Around that time, he met Tuvis, and helped him set up CulT-Soft (currently known as Drifting Dreams).
Digital Dimension basically remained the same over the summer, until early September 2003, when Samui decided to change the name to Sigma.
